The GoToAssist Seeit app enables secure sharing of your iOS device camera with a Seeit expert. With features like live video streaming, VoIP, high-resolution snapshots, and annotations, Seeit offers an effective solution for diagnosing intricate issues remotely.
Getting Started:
- Download and install the GoToAssist Seeit app.
- If provided with a URL by a GoToAssist Seeit expert, tap the URL to join the session. If the app is not yet installed, you will be directed to the store for installation. Once installed, tap the URL again to join the session.
- If given a 9-digit support key by a GoToAssist Seeit expert, open the app, enter the key, and click 'Join Session' to begin.
- Once connected, you can communicate via built-in VoIP. Enabling camera sharing allows the expert to view a secure live stream from your device camera and capture snapshots. Press the exit button to conclude the session at any time.

Requirements:
- Connection to a mobile network or WiFi (recommended). During Seeit sessions, an active phone call needs a mobile network plan that permits simultaneous voice and data usage.

Customer: iPhone or iPad device running iOS 8.1 or higher. Mobile network connection or WiFi required.
